Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (€12.95 shipping fee)
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over €50)
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note:

  • Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy

  • Return period: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Conditions: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all labels/tags attached
  • Return shipping costs: Customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Boilie liquids and other liquid bait types
  • Used artificial bait (Aas, Imitatie aas, Inktvis kunstaas)
  • Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging
  • Fishing rods (Baitcaster hengels, Bolognese hengels, Boothengels, etc.) unless returned in original, undamaged rod tubes

4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Verify that your product meets our return conditions (see above).

Step 2: Submit Return Request

  • Subject: Retourverzoek – [Your Order Number]
  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Product(s) for return (name and item number)
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred solution (refund or exchange)

Step 3: Ship Your Package

After approval, carefully pack the product in its original packaging with invoice/receipt included.

Step 4: Processing & Refund

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
  • Exchange: New product shipped within 2 business days after approval
  • Defective products: We cover return shipping and send replacement or issue refund

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange a prompt solution.

Can I exchange for a different model?

Yes, clearly state in your return request which product you’d like instead. Please check our website for availability first.

Are there customs fees for international returns?
